If it happens once more, I'll think about.
But this is a first that it happened.
I did eat yesterday ever since lunch at school, which was around 1:30?
Possible this is the reason?

My nose usually bleeds during summer time, when the air is dry. Or when I get punched in the nose, obviously.

Indeed. I do the exact same, but in the bath tub. Due to the arches of my nose being a bit weird, me blowing it has a wide AoE.
