Quote: | College femanon here, /adv/.
I met a guy I knew in high school in one of my courses last semester. I remembered him as being a pretty average, uninteresting guy, but I sat next to him in lectures and talked with him out of social necessity since he recognized me too. The only change about him I noticed was that he now wore glasses. I asked him about this one day and he explained that he had "acute progressive myopia" or something to that effect. Doctors didn't know what caused it, but his eyes kept getting increasingly worse and he required a new prescription every four months or so. The part that really got to me was when he told me that by the time he was thirty, he would be completely blind.
I melted for him instantly. I thought he was so brave in accepting his fate. I couldn't believe anyone could be so composed and resigned to tragedy. He became a sort of hero for me overnight. It was such a shame; my heart genuinely went out to him. In this state of compassion, I really felt that I needed to help him in some way.
To make a long story short, I ended up blowing him out of sheer pity. I'd never performed sexual favors out of charity before, but I felt this was a special circumstance. I admired him as much as I felt terrible for him.
Anyway, I've since learned from others I knew in high school that his eyes are more or less fine and the sob story I'd literally swallowed was just something he told girls to garner their sympathy. Needless to say, I'm humiliated and angry as fuck.
What I want to know is, can I call rape on this? If not, what kind of legal action can I take against this guy? Are there any lawfags out there that I can help me with this? I won't be satisfied until this piece of shit is rotting in jail.
I'd also appreciate it if you all kept the pejoratives to a minimum. Thanks |

It doesn't matter, because the law system is so biased that women can turn anything consensual and call it rape and win the case.
