I installed League Of legends onto my D: Drive, I found out my computer has 2 drives built into it. My C: drive is my main drive. Though for some reason the game runes a lot laggier when its on the D: Drive with constant spikes until I lower the graphics options of the game dramatically. Why is this???? I'm also only using 2.4/14.9 GB of the drive.

Probably because your external drive (or connection) is too slow to stream large texture files and access game files in real time, that my guess at least. You could try defragmenting the drive to see if it helps, though I doubt it would yield much improvement.
What are the specs (and model number) of your two HDDs?

Drive has a slow transfer rate. A standard hard drive has a 3.2gbps rate or something? And some have liek 6.4. Is it loading maps slow or is the game lagging? Because once it loads the map, that should be it on its part.

that's the sata link speed, not the speed of the drive

External drive port is too slow. Install game into your C:\ or consider eSATA or USB 3.0.

that's the sata link speed, not the speed of the drive | Really, I always thought that had to do with the disk speed.

Somehow I solved the problem? I did run disk defragmenter and I removed file indexing from the drive, and changed a little of the security.
For some weird reason now I don't get any 'lag' spikes.

That's why sataIII is useless, modern drives never reached the limits of sataII.

14.9GB drive? This sounds like you have a Dell, HP, or some other named system that created the security partition for restores and system recovery.
