Yeah, you just have to open it with the notepad... and you will see how is it coded, just read it in C# with the same syntax.

Since CEs tables use XML you can serialize them back to an object in C# if you create a class that exposes the proper elements to hold the data within the files.

Or you can just use the XML namespace and read through it manually.
