Depending on what component is at that temperature...well it'd be outstanding either way.

As in it's probably an incorrect reading.

Unless of course that's just the temperature of the inside of the chassis and you keep your room at 59F.

those temperatures are ok. Perhaps too cold (40-50C is normal)

Funny that my office is generally very cold in the winter, a lot of the time in the mid-low 60's, but my CPU will almost always make it's way to 50C. Dat 965, runs damn hot.

My stuff stays at 25c - 42c(load). The heat is just transferred from the cpu to the big metal box thing on the cooler, i guess yours is round but still. Its very fine. I have a CMH 212+.

15c sounds like a wrong reading unless you are in a room cold enough to warrant wearing a coat.

those temps are fine

i have a Amd Phenom 2 x4 965 black edition with its stock cooler

mine runs at 40 - 43 when not under load and about 65 - 70 degrees gaming in a dx 10 - 11 game underload

the Tj max on mine is 79 degrees

my old amd cpu that when i got it built before i built my own rigs the company forgot to put thermal compound on still runs today
and that was a amd phenom x4 9950 BE now has thermal compund on it and runs perfectly fine without overheating after playing gta 4 lol fail to the place that built it

note when i found out it had no thermal compound i put some arctic silver 5 on it and all was good
