Bump/New question.


I've got a new question and i'm just recycling this thread.


I'd like to make a speed hack for AC (assault cube again) but I can't seem to find the address for your speed. I've figured out how to do a fly hack. But it's like traveling through water. (because that's exactly what I am doing) and you go reeeealy slowly. Which isn't good when there are people shooting you. So what address do I need for speed? What do I scan? I've done the data analysis and still can't figure it out.

Of course you can make injectable dll's with assembly

it's usually easier to create the dll's in a higher level language like C, pascal etc... and then call it from inside a hook in the game, but sure, assembler can also make dll's

It is useless to recycle threads. If You delete Your questions that has been answered, it will not be beneficial for other people.

As for the speed, the player structure is usually holding the co-ordinates and the speed too. The speed could be a simple number + a direction or it could be some vector which shows the speed of X and Y axis.
Just move around and see what are changing in the player structure.

hmm. . . never thought about it that way. . .


Okay. But when I find the speed (because i'm suspicious of two addresses) how do I make it increase to a higher speed? When I lock them, I just go kinda slowly, but still move. When I set them to a high level, they reset and the game crashes.
