Is there a way to fly hack and teleport hack in World of Warcraft with the cheat engine on the latest patch?

Perhaps, you'd get banned after like 30 seconds though, so why bother?

How would you get banned after 30 seconds? Blizzard would be able to detect it without seeing you do it?
