|
|
I wish to test out a few online games, see if i can exploit some things.
but i need a good way to stop all internet activity and then resume it instantly, and sadly, I've forgotten what program i needed to use.
I know there's a few, but i can't seem to recall the names.
Some help would be appreciated.

You could enable proxy settings in IE, then disable it when you want internet again. But unless you've set in your IPv4 Address and everything it'll contact the dhcp to get a new one. Which will take about 3 seconds if you've previously been connected to the network and your modem stores all that shit in cache.
