>Try switching monitors and cables, still doesn't work
>Reseat GPU, still doesn't work
>Unplug every cable and plug it back in, still doesn't work
>Reseat RAM... fucking what the fuck, it works

I no longer understand computers and how they function.

Sounds to me like you just had a simple ram failure, what PSU do you have and how long have you used it in your comp?

Full? You mean overheated? That happens when you underclock. Try going in your CHEMOS and resetting your digital clock time.

Does it overheat when it's full? That might be his problem

Ah yes, try emptying your digital cache, use the program that came with your Operating RAM, it should be called Apple Photoshop DS6 Deluxe Norton Edition.

Don't listen to anyone here.
Your CMOS battery is what you're going to want to look at, were you fucking around with your graphics settings? I'm going to assume you have a PCI-E. Just pop out your CMOS battery for 30 seconds and you're good to go.

I'd rather not touch any of it right now, seeing as I finally got it working. 5 more months and I'll have a new computer... just 5 more months.
