I'm thinking of buying it off a friend for about $150. Is it worth it? Does anyone have any problems with it? Pros and cons?

protip: if you have a non smartphone plan and you are on att using iphone, they will bill you up to $50 until you get their smartphone data plan.

oh, iphone 3g are out of dated, no support, and does not worth $100. you can buy iphone 3gs off ATT for $50.

uhm, no? Get an HTC phone thats not app locked or anything. Its legal too. They can also be unlocked for custom firmware so you can customize the rom for better performence. I have an old HTC S620 and I have a custom rom on it instead of the shitty firmware it has by default. Supports wm 6.5 also. I can install anything I like, I don't need to use nasty verizon, and I don't have to be held down by firmware that doesn't give the best of my phone.

Saw a demo on Verizons iPhone and that shit loads much faster than rotten Apples iPhone 4.
They also change the design of the antenna.
