Cheat Engine

Does anybody have an idea on what wrong and why I can't install DDK.

I downloaded the second one since it's suppose to work for Win XP, but I can't seem to start the setup.

Computer spec's :
Win XP SP 2
2.0 Ghz
256 RAM
8 Gigs left on computer.
Always running in 32 Bit mode
Yes I know sucky comp >.>, but it works well enough...x_X.

I have DDK in a CD-RW where it got named RTM.
I've tried running it normal then attempted to run it with compatiblity to all systems Win 95, 98/Me, NT 4.0, and 2000.
Even tried it on a second CD after I saw a scratch on the first CD.
Program used to tranfer the program to the CD was RoxioEasy 5.0
Does anyone know what I need to do to install it. Thanks for any help provided.

Did you get it from microsoft or some other website?
