This might sound like a very obvious question but firstly is CE on iPod Touch and second if it isn't what is holding it back?
Does anyone know a app than can change games high-scores for e.g. Doodle jump?

It's not on Ipod Touch.
I don't think any thing is holding it back, I doubt it will be on the Ipod Touch in the future.
I have an app, It's called Cheat Engine, you should try it. xP

With such a big community that uses Cheat Engine.. and such a big community that has an iTouch/phone.. It could really change stuff..
I mean, lots of people play MMO's and other multiplayer games on the iTouch..
You think another MS can happen?

On a side note, you can jailbreak iPhones and such allowing you to do whatever you want on the phone. (Which is currently still perfectly legal.)
