Cheat Engine

Hello there!
I am new to Cheat Engine, but I'm doing just fine. Been hacking lots of single player games here and there, it has been a lot of fun. But now I want to try my luck with an Online game. I mean, somehow.

I have chosen Mythwar II as my target. Not a great game, but I would love to hack it.

Client side, I have managed to edit pretty much everything, like Gold, experience, item quantity....

But obviously I can't make use of that, since the true values are stored server-side.

First I would like to, dunno, get 50000000 gold server-side. How am I going to edit such? Well, I should find something like... a chest that gives gold. If I can intercept the amount of gold and change it before it is uploaded to the server, I should have successfully edited my gold, no?

But how I am going to do such thing? A chest is an object found in the map. You click it, and it either gives gold or items. Period.

How am I going to change the value before it is uploaded to the server?

you don't, it's on the server, it is completely out of your hands and you have no way of touching that memory unless you just so happen to have control of the machine.
