I'm connected directly (via router). I've tried unplugging both for like 10 minutes but it doesn't do anything.

There is Hot spot shield, Proxify (proxify is not free, only for 10 days), and, idk what else.

It will un IP ban you from any forum/game. (not un account ban, )

But for complete IP change, contact your ISP to renew it. Idk why you would want to do that though.
