Although not at all possible.
If I were to be a sniper and could probably get away with murder, I'd probably sit in a tower of some sort, and just snipe any drug dealers I see.

CAD it would be far better to snipe the drug users. You kill a drug dealer there are 5 more to take his/her place. You kill the users, and sooner or later people will stop using.
Obama doesn't need to be sniped. Just impeached.

I wouldn't say it would be a fun job. Most likely it's very, very, very dull. Weeks alone at a time, slow movements. I don't really think I have the patience for that. Not to mention I'm a smoker. They would smell me a mile away.
