TF2 ofc. Not sure what is causing it and I can't really debug anything because my ISP (Orange Internet) seems to block all ICMP.

ISP's do tend to block ICMP scans thanks to the ICMP storms of old. That table you posted I'm not quite sure how to interpret that data. It shows nothing about ping between systems, it seems more like packets were dropped.

From command prompt

ping -n 10 <IP> > ping.txt

tracert <IP> > trace.txt

Post contents of each scan.

Edit by safko: the files will be in the folder that's written in CMD (e.g C:\documents and settings\yourcomputername

I noticed on some servers I get <6 and on others I get 120~160, all US.
I suppose it's a matter of the hosts connection?
