Cheat Engine

Simple question, I unpacked a certain .exe, but afterwards it doesn't load, giving the regular "Send/Don't Send Error" pop up.
Question is, what are the potential reasons for this? or more precisly, what causes it?
(Please don't present the solution, but only the possible explainations.)
Thanks in advance, I know some can surely help me.
(As far as I understand memory can't be allocated for the game, some imports are missing..)

But did you manually unpack it or use a unpacker?

I know you got to rebuild what you messed up.

Im not very good at it at all so i cant help, I know someone who is, maybe he will see this post and help.
