We do.
Our lives are all stretched out inside that time dimension.
So we could say we do live in it.


But the statement really doesn't mean anything, "To live in the # dimension".
We live in every dimension. It's just that we can't move through/perceive them all.

Before people start making fucking retarded comments about dimensions, I suggest you first elaborate on the theory you're basing your dimensional understanding on. To me string theory makes the most sense, and so I found this to be a great explanation of how we perceive dimensions, and how fictional beings that have a lower or higher perception of dimensions would view the world:
