Cheat Engine

So I'm wanting to hack desktop tower defense, but when I open the process list, plugin-container.exe isn't on it.

Should I use something else?

I've tried the different versions of DTD, and I even tried an earlier version of CE, but still nothing.

Hehe i was just having problems with finding mine as well.
Make sure u are running with Mozilla Firefox
Make sure Mozilla is already open before you open CE
Make sure your running CE as administrator
Make sure your looking in "Process list" not "Windows list"

How do I check to see if I'm running CE as admin?

I'm doing all the rest.

Right click on the shortcut and left click "Run As Administrator".

You do not need to do this action if you are on Windows XP.

I'm on XP, using Firefox, checking process list not windows list...

What else is there?

Try this,

1.Close FireFox/CheatEngine
2.Re-open FireFox, and go to you're game.
3.Open Cheat Engine, Click "Process" on the top (not the computer icon in top left)

see it now? If not, attach it to firefox.exe and use speedhack on a game.

plugin-container.exe will only be in the processlist after the game has started. Not before

also, it will only be there if your firefox version is 3.6.2 or later
