i've just taken my GCSEs and that was okay, so im wondering if the IB exams are actually harder than GCSEs or easier than them....

Much harder. I go to a 7-12 school that has PNG/IGCSE/IB curriculum. I was talking to some people in grade 12 doing the IB.
Basically of the 7 who registered (costs a million or so at my school), only 2 are left still doing them, the others dropped out because the workload was so much.
They say you lose your life in grade 12 when your doing them. Jacob hasn't played Xbox is months. The mocks were very hard, so I assume that the real things are also as hard.

If you aced IGCSE, IB is good for you. Otherwise it may not be worth it.

P.S. starting my IGCSE's on the 20th. Have you got any papers or stuff you can send me Wink

Gr. 9 and 10 isn't even IB.

It's Pre-IB which is the same thing as Academic level students.

Once you hit Gr. 11, shit starts to get intense.

Advanced core classes, Theory of Knowledge, CAS (creativity, action service), extended essay, and lots of internal and external assessments aside from regular schoolwork.
