Personally I would just blow any insult off, but if you feel like counter insulting a bit I'm quite fond of...

I normally wouldn't care if someone made a remark about me. I know how to ignore it.
What I do care about are the thoughts by the surrounding people when they see me simply brush it off with a small "Mm" or "Kay".
