Should I buy it? I'm only getting mostly because of DotA, but a friend said DotA in Starcraft 2 is retarded didn't really elaborated and flatly said don't bother with it. Should I still get it?

I've nothing against LoL, I play it everyday and enjoy it, but what he means is that people who play LoL are too cheap to play(or pay to play) games like Portal which was probably free or free in a time period. So he is basically one of those people who has little knowledge about LoL.
