cisco usually leaves blank password as default

try admin and no password or just leave everything in blank and go ok with that.

You could try using something similar to Cain and Abel (network testing tool) to sniff out your PPPoE data, though I don't think it will work as the login/pass is not visible lan side in that type environment.

You could try to disable java and do some creative URL'ing to get back into the router, this has worked for me more than once when an admin left and didn't leave us the password, we had to break in without breaking the network.

You could also use a tool like nmap to do a deep scan of the router to see if it is running any other servers. In particular telnet, don't ignore any open port. If you find and open port try telnet to it even if not port 23, try ssh to open port. The thinking being there may be a listening service other than HTTP, most routers I've dealt with have the http from outside the lan disabled. So your ISP has to be administering it somehow. The login and pass here may also differ from your http login.

Break into it and reset it and tell your company your router reset it self when you accidentally unplugged it.
