Hey,

Ive been playing around trying to locate the player coordinates in memory, and so far I have only been able to locate the Z-axis.

The basepointer is: elementclient.exe+0065bfcc,20,384,40

The value type is Float.

However I have spent hours and hours trying to locate the X and Y coordinates, without any luck.

Anyone had any luck finding these addresses?

Thank you

/Gig

Did you already eyeball all the nearby memory in hopes that the values would be stored near each other? Maybe step through the code when you jump forward or something?

Also, keep in mind that those values are most likely stored on a server, and you're only finding their copies in your virtual memory, that do nothing when changed.

Yea, i tried adding and subtracting 4's from and to the last offset, since according to my online research, thats where it was located in an earlier version of "Perfect World".

I'm aware I cant change those values, and I don't need to, I'm creating a simple hunting but for it, using Blue Eye Macro, and I want to keep track of where I am, by reading my location from memory, however I still fail to find the X and Y coordinates, and it puzzles me, since the Z axis, was so easy to find (again according to online research, the X and Y's used to be a walk in the park to find as well).

Try doing a increased/decreased value search. Or check the memory around the address for the z coord better, they're most likely there. Set the hex view to decimal (ctrl+4 if i remember) for improved readability if it helps.

Thank you for your advice.

I have already spent 10+ hours doing nothing but increased/decreased searches, with every possible setting as datatype, float, 4 byte, etc.

Ive got a list of around 25 different memory addresses where the Z address is stored, I will try spending some more time looking in to the memory near these, as you suggest.

Thank you.

If you find out what accesses the z coor and look at those instructions in the memory viewer, it might hold a clue to where your xy is located.
just an idea if you havent tried already.
