I have trouble finding out how to overclock the RAM in my BIOS.

Here is the info:
DDR3-1333, 6x2GB, Triple channel, FSB:DRAM 2:6.
8-8-8-19, 2T, NB frequency 2569.7MHz, DRAM frequency 481.8MHz
Motherboard is MSI-7522 (PRO-E)
Bios is AMI v8.6

Need any more info?
How do I improve the performance of my RAM?

BUMP:

So, reducing the timings makes RAM faster, but more unstable? In BIOS it is all set to Auto. This creates the 8-8-8-19-74. Should I have a go at 7-7-7-18-70 or something?

timings = latency
speed = bandwidth

you'll probably almost never get a worthwhile gain outside of benchmarks. it doesn't really matter in reality.

OK. Well I am running it at 7-7-7-18 now. Seems to be fine. I got BSOD at 6-6-6-16 after a while of smooth running.

And please note now my command rate is 1T

Will this affect my temperatures very much?

I have 12GB of RAM. I Only ever use half. Would running 6GB result in a more stable system?

Having less memory sticks in your system puts less stress on the NB/memory controller. It can also increase overclocking headroom on the processor, though usually not that significant to your existing overclock.
