To have a popup appear when you login saying "C://windows/system32/nnmjixel.dll" or something is missing?
The name might be incorrect.

I searched the name of the DLL to see if it was important, but the name must be incorrect. If it actually IS how you typed it, then it must not be important at all.

It may not be an important component for your PC to run, but it can still be very annoying to look at every time you start up your PC.

It was probably a virus dll, just clean up your startup in msconfig or use ccleaner.

No, it's not normal.
Next time it happens be sure to write the exact name of the dll.
It could be a virus, it could be an extremely important file, it could be unnecessary. It's impossible to tell without the name.

I checked and it looks like a virus I used to have was wiped when I got my anti virus back up.

Do you still have that message pop up on login?
You may need to search registry for that dll and manually remove it.
Most likely it's getting called from HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run or RunOnce or RunOnceEx
