I installed the driver for it, and it's not working ;-;
I used Driver Genius Professional to detect missing drivers, and I used it to install the webcam one, before it worked, now it doesn't.

Uninstall all webcam drivers/reinstall it
Try another USB port.
Make sure your webcam software has the webcam selected, otherwise it may not work.
Use a chatting program to verify if the webcam is working
Use another system to verify if the webcam is working

its a built in webcam...its in my laptop
edit i tryed to video chat with my bro, and the webcam worked, but i dont have an option to actually click it, usualy when i search for it it comes up but it still doesnt.

Did you reformat your laptop? Because otherwise the laptop should have the driver already installed.

Download the driverpack from the model's site.
Like if it's dell, go to the dell website and enter your product name and get the driverpack.
