Well as you can see below, CPUID shows the OC, but windows still sees 2.6ghz. Done from the bios of course. I OC'd via a frequency option.
easytune 5 also detects the OC speed.
On another note, there are no options for voltage, but my clocks are stable. Played borderlands for 3 hours without an issue.

windows could care less what the clock speed is, if you set it, that is what it is
2.6 is the stock speed.

2.6 is the stock speed. | Just wanted to be sure. I guess it just reads off what the name is.
Edit: I tried to clock it even higher, and now it refuses to boot at that frequency. I managed to get it up to 2815mhz. I guess its better than nothing. My psu couldn't power it at a higher clock, but now it wont let me have the clock I had before.

mhm
I actually lost those clocks. I think my mobo does voltage on its own time. But now my shit wont post at that frequency. I have it a bit lower, by about 3mhz on the bus speed. Not that much less.

auto vcore = motherboard is going to overcompensate like crazy.
loosen your memory timings / set a divider if your ram is getting overclocked.

Ok my ram is getting overclocked but any changes to the ram causes my pc to freak out. I just spent the last 20 minutes trying to get back into windows. I finally reset to failsafe defaults.
Ok here is pics of my options

You've got to refresh your Windows Experience Index when you overclock for it to detect the change.
