I need a good tutorial about executables in windows, their structure, how they start, what is packing and how it works, how the executable and all imports run in memory and stuff like that. Thanks..

As for compression and such, I would suggest looking into UPX's source code to understand how packers work in the basic sense. UPX is open source and has been a foundation for many of the packers/protectors online today.

EDIT: if someone wonders why I need these tutorials, is to understand what's in an exe file, so they don't look as a bunch of abstract bytes, to be able to find what iam looking for...
