NVidia drivers had this feature built-in in the past (10 years or so ago), but it has been disabled due to abuse. Since it was a configurable setting for the driver, I am guessing that the answer to your question is: yes.
You just need to debug the device driver and change the code.

| What values? Walls are not values - those are textures rendered on a wireframe (plus a few other things).

it didn't, that was just texture LOD which you could set to something stupid so the game would draw all the textures at a hilariously low resolution and it could potentially break things. both ati and nvidia support this, though i don't think there is a native way to change it. probably have to resort to 3rd party.
i think one manufacturer actually put out a driver like you describe, but it's detected by anti-cheats like punkbuster. it's borderline useless in world of warcraft anyway.
and no, that's not how wallhacks generally work.

if the game doesn't use directx10 or later and doesn't use a separate launcher that is required to launch WoW, then yes, directmess can be used on it.
Wallhacks are: Z-buffer toggle and wireframe

| Everyone is always saying that you need a code to wall hack, though I've searched and searched, but can never find it. What should I put for the value and what should the address be? After the address and such is correct, what should I do next? Would really appreciate answers.

open that address (00A36ECC) in memory view and nop the code

| And how would I "nop" the code? Added the address and managed to mess it up, everything just turned into question marks. I'm also not 100% sure that the code is right.

ok do that, nopping means No OPeration... so you will have to right click it and click Replace with code that does nothing. This is called NOPping...
