Is there a program that allows The download tasks to run In consecutive order? (each Download Task starts after the previous task is finished)

Free Download Manager does torrents.
But http://www.utorrent.com/ is the best.

It makes downloads have different and higher priorities.
So first gets as much as it can, then the remaining bandwidth goes to the second and so on.

So the one you want downloaded first is the first one.

With uTorrent, you can setup Options > Preferences > Queueing > Maximum number of active downloads to 1 so that it will only have one torrent downloading at a time. Once it's done, it will start the next torrent.
