How much would cost the cheapest video card (for laptop) able to play games like MW2 and TF2?

AMD Processor - Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+
Nvidia Graphics Card - Geforce 8800 GS
ATI Graphics Card - Radeon X1800 Series 256MB
RAM Memory - 2 GB
Hard Disk Space - 12 GB
Direct X - 9
Those are the requirements to play MW2 on PC.
So, I suggest you get better than that.
Also for video card, how much money you got?

It's nearly impossible to get a laptop graphics card, any one graphics card will work only for certain chipsets, most laptops don''t even have a gfx socket, they cost an arm and a leg, and unless you're a computer technician, good luck installing it. By the time you're done, you'll wish you just got a new laptop.

Even if your laptop has a pci-e x16 slot? I forgot about that because some laptops do have those. They're slow?

There's a good chance that if you don't have a good enough laptop to even play TF2, there's a good chance that none of your laptop specs are good enough for TF2, not to even mention MW2. So just getting a better graphics card might not even be enough.

No such thing really. Dells have a dell slot for a gfx card and very few laptops have an MXM. Some day laptops will be just as custom as desktops, someday.

So far the only decent desktop replacement with a decent price

It runs on express slot and USB, the bandwidth of PCI-E x1
so yes, is like using a PCI card
no gaems
only external display

No, but a good one with hardware thats newest is gonna cost that or more. On a desktop no, but a gaming laptop that does not suck, most likely.
