To make good sigs do you have to be a good drawer? I'm nothing special at drawing but would like to start making sigs/pics etc. Also could any of you suggest a decent tablet for under £60 and any other software i should get (I'm guessing photoshop)

You really don't need a tablet for making sigs. And no, why would you have to be a good drawer?
