How do I cheat?

| uhmm.. the rule said I should be with CEF for 16 days. Do it mean I should login in CEF every day? or non-stop? (it's just not clear to me.)

Which rules are you reading son?
Just long on once a week or so minimum until 16 days is over if you're worried I guess.
I'd assume that it's 16 days until you can do something, like send a PM perhaps?

Means you have to be registered for more than 16 days ( not neccesarily log on ), and atleast have 25 -usefull- posts

I'd just ban the ones that abuse it, that way they'd never be able to annoy anyone else with their pm's
But what I meant is that if you have something really important to post , then you can always pm me and I'll edit the post so it includes proper url's and images or forward the pm

Most likely you have to log in withing 16 days at a time.
And if you're working up your posts, i would recommend that you stay away from random Spam. Not only does that negatively effect your post count, it's just NOT good material to pollute your mind with. I've only been posting in Random Spam for at least a year, and look at where i am. I have 1 rep and my post count went down by around 200.
