just install an anti virus and delete it. You have a keylogger/screen capturer

http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
download + install
boot up in safe mode (probably not even neccesary).
scan computer.

Probably by visiting someones site that then asked if you wanted to run a java applet made by microsoft

He doesn't even need an anti virus program. Just delete it. The real one i slocated in system32.

I couldnt find a folder called install in my system32.

It could be hidden.
Tools > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files, folders and drives.

I've deleted it from my computer but it keeps getting a new one on my startup list. is there any way to manually delete things rom there?

To see your startup list.
Start > msconfig> boot tab.

i found out it was in my registry. I've deleted the source and all instances of it now.

I assume you rebooted then. Did you ever do the scan? I would do it anyway even if you managed to delete it all.
