All sennheisers are good.
I bought a pair of cheap £13 ones and they were better than my old £30 ones.

yes, they are amazingly priced for the performance. they are good for music and gaming as well.

Also you can do the foam mod and make it sound like the 595 to save the money.

If you have any outside noise you will want to get closed cans. I recommend audio technica ath-a700's in your budget. I have them and they are awesome.
