Well, whenever I compare my 2 monitors their color output isn't the same. The other is more vibrant.
Now my problem is, how do I know what's the correct color output? Because some images look better in the vibrant screen. I'd really like to balance them out with the same vibrance as everyone else's monitor. [well atleast with most people]
You can change you color setting. Please do this things. Right click on your desktop and go to color setting select true color 32-bit. Now the screen color will be change. No need to change other things. _________________

That's incorrect...
Changing the color of your monitor, really depends on the technology behind it (IPS>TN). Some have better distinguish from Gray to Gray and so forth.
What OP needs is to do is calibrate his screen to get as much color accuracy as possible between the 2 screens.
Another is to adjust the monitor's profile or play with its brightness, contrast, etc...
