I deleted virus with Malwarebytes, but still no accses too support.steampowered.com and my moms computer goes in there without problems.
So i want to ask, which file could the virus edit so that I can't go to a specific webpage?

Some viruses can come back even though it showed up in malwarebytes. Like it can keep coming back because your not getting the source so it sounds to me like it is still there.

what browser are you using?

if i were you i would:
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
install + scan.

http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.6.3&os=win&lang=en-US
install + go to steam

and if that doesn't work, maybe open up(Notepad):
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and make sure it didn't add steam(if so delete?).
