the last time i ran Everest untimate edition, it'e telling me that the 12V from my power supply is only giving off 8.51V. then i checked the 4pin molex connector with a multimeter its displaying 12.14V Sad busted sensor or what?

Software-based detection is always broken. Digital multimeter is the only way to do it right.
