Needs integer coefficients

Bro, you got 2 variables. You can't solve this unless you got another equation as well.
Edit - nvm read the title wrong.
Edit - 3x+y=9 is the standard for that equation. Unless your teacher wants 3x+y+9=0 or something. Forgot which is which.

You add 3x to both sides, so it's 3x+y=9
