well I decided that since I have some free time I'm going to spend some hours trying to make some way to make good looking lens flares

Good positioning, try going over the render with the burn tool to add some more shadows if you haven't already though.

I know it is like a " what has been seen cannot be unseen" but there must be a way to make it fit right and blend it.
well I'm not going to spend much time on this, the best result I got was with the one I posted there.

the technique I used there was to simple duplicate everything below and merge so you got the complete finished project in 1 layer, then position the lens flare and apply, change the blending mode to luminosity lower the opacity a little, erase some areas manually and bur a little some parts manually too.
