How can you change the color of the start button in windows xp?

Yes, I've downloaded that theme but I don't like the orange start button.
So I though that you could change the orange too black?

Download that and it will allow you to use unsigned, unofficial themes created my 3rd party windows users. That just lets you use themes.
To find themes, go to www.deviantart.com.

There isn't an official Windows 7 themes section but you can just search for them in the search bar.
