I have heard rumors of being able to edit things with CMD prompt and it not being traceable, i dont know if this is true, i want to know tho ;o

cmd is just another shell like explorer, but then textbased.
so answer: no, nothing special about it

if you make a cmd prompt program by programming it in c++,c#,vb,vb.net,delphi,or etc that modify s a game's memory then yes it will be untraceable

that's very true unless the programmer has an ace up his sleeve witch will somtimes be along the lines of reverse enginering of windows' important dlls and replacing thier regular function calls with the modifyed ones.
