Well everything is good except for my integrated graphing card.
it is however above in the memory (have 286mb) and 250mb is req, it just doesnt have the Vertex 3.0 and the other stuff but it does have 3D.
Can i play GTA or will it just lag?
Additional Info:
V Card: Intel(R) GMA 3000/3100
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5300
RAM: 8182 MB
I mean I dont have any problems with games that have graphics similar to GTA.

Overclocked, the CPU could probably pull off 25-30 fps with a good video card. I just finished the game on my E8400 and HD 4850 and it wasn't much more than playable. With the GMA 3- though, seeing how it runs wouldn't be worth the time it takes to install and load.
But don't feel bad -- the PC version of this game is pretty much crap. The graphics tend to get sketchy, there are random slowdowns, etcetera. An unsuccessful and unthoughtful, rushed port.

go to system requirements lab website and then pick the gta game it will scan ur computer for ur specs then tell u if u can run it and if it will lag.

You did and it works a hell of a lot better. Canyourunit doesn't even detect my GFX card has SM4.1.

The game will run like a POS on your system, if at all. Completely unplayable.
