As in.. looks like IRC?
For *nix-like systems, there's tmsnc, I wouldn't doubt there are others. Maybe check out freshmeat.

Pidgin.

It does have theme support, make it look like an irc client? But I don't understand what you mean. Pidgin can use both msn and irc at the same time though.

There's also an mIRC script you can use that lets you sign into MSN from mIRC and displays everything there. I didn't like it though.
