It's a 5.9 (out of 7.5) right now, so I'm pretty ashamed of it. That's all going to change soon, though. I believe the RAM is not running at the advertised speeds, so I'm going to change that in the BIOS as soon as my backup is complete. Then I'm going to overclock my CPU. _________________

even if you overclock is still going to be 5.9 unless you change your HDDs |

In Windows 7 (and Vista) you can rate your computer. It's not the most accurate way, but it gives you a rough idea of how good your computer is. _________________

overclock in your bios
core i7 920 alows a max overclocking of x20, but don't make too much cause the more you overclock the faster your cpu-lifetime lowers
+ make sure your ghz rate is min. the double of your memory ghz rate, for exemple you have ddr2 1600 your cpu must have 3.2 Ghz (for ex. 800mhz each core)
sry I don't know the specific words in english hope you understand me anyway ^^'[/quote] _________________

Vista rating only goes up to 5.9 tops.
And getting the bleeding edge hardware won't guarantee you a perfect (high) system rating. _________________
