I don't photoshop too much anymore (and when I did I wasn't very good) but I was bored and I think this looks good. Maybe a little too dark. My pen tool needs work too..

Looks good, although that glow line looks useless. I used to have a wp similar to what you're doing with the Eiffel tower, if I can find it I'll post it for inspiration/ideas.

I tried to make the glow line better to actually wrap around it and after 4 - 5 tries that was the best I could get it. Surprised

Ah...Seattle I wish I was there now...my aunt lives there, but anyway, Your pentooling is a tad off, did you want it to spiral around the Space Needle?

That is so cool, just take out the glowing line, or else make it alot smoother and closer to the space needle.

Really nice, I'd try adding some glowing lines using the pentool around each individual leg at the base of the Space Needle. For the lines though I'd make them tighter around the space needle instead of really loose like you've done
