XFX Radeon cards comes with a lifetime warranty if the original purchaser registers their card within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so and the card will only get 1 year warranty.

If the card is given to a 2nd owner, the 2nd user must re-register with the original register ID (from the original owner), within 90 days from the time the original owner transfers the card to the 2nd owner in order to receive the "2nd" lifetime warranty.
