How do I cheat?

I am playing a game called Mount&Blade and 1 faction hates me, they are in a -19 relation with me, how can I scan the - value because if I scan it as exact 4 byte it shows some weird values, tell me what option to set and how Smile

settings->general settings
addresslist specific:
tick "show values as if they are signed"

I think that should be a feature from the main window, a checkbox to scan for signed values, thatd be awesome Very Happy
