Like, How can I make my own music video? like a parody one? I lip sync then the music plays, then it's like I'm the one singing? what software program do I need to do this?

You will probaly need a video and an audio program.

I use pinnacle (video), but i dont use any audio based programs (Sorry)

Windows Movie Maker is a hidden program and cannot be remove unless you modified a system file which shows it in the list and it's a complicated process where it can cause you to screw up your machine.
Just download a english version of WMM and install over the old one.

There are a whole bunch of cross-platform GPL'd non-linear video editors. Google should do the trick.

to make a music video you'd need a whole lot more than a good program. A blue or green screen if you want to make an interesting background, a good microphone for recording, a good camera and even if you do find an good editing program you'd obviously have to learn how to use it to put your video together, add special effects, and sync the audio.
